fantastic job and we're all very happy with the end product
Just wanted to say a few words about your crew out on our project. First off Charlie is one of the most squared away superintendents I've met whenever we had an issue onsite he never had a problem and kept the job moving forward, I wish he was on some of my paving jobs. Garrett is a great team player and a hard worker, John was also quick with ideas and able to help with any issues that came up and kept the project on track he did a great job jetting the mouth of the canal and kept the turbidity low. Shawn was a great team player and a hard worker he did a great job on the dredging of the mouth to the canal along with Garrett they both were able to knock out that section quickly and efficiently. To sum it all up your crew did a fantastic job and we're all very happy with the end product.

My residential dredging project was completed yesterday. I thought you should know how well your Gator Team represents your business. Bill, Dick, Kenny, Chris and everyone else who assisted them were excellent. They were always prompt, professional, respectful and hard working. The customer service they provided from start to finish was superb.

I would like to let you know how pleased we are with the work that Gator Dredging did in our marina. Throughout the year long process, all business with your personnel was conducted in a thoroughly professional manner.
We were particularly impressed with your hard working on-site supervisor Charlie and his helper Nate. Both of these men put in long, physically demanding hours getting the job done. Charlie worked closely with us in coordinating the project and always responded positively to all of our requests. His ability to direct the activities of his workers was impressive. Plus, his talent for resolving problems as they arose allowed the project to continue at a steady pace. When problems did arise, he always kept us informed and updated.
In my previous years as a Naval Officer I was privileged to work with many impressive, talented young men. I would certainly include Charlie in this select group. And, I must admit that I tried to convince him to talk with a military recruiter… Treat him right or you will lose him!

could not be more delighted with the results
I could not be more delighted with the results of you "Gatoring" of my dock in Harbor Bluffs. Now I can use my boat even in extremely low tides.
This photo [After Picture] was taken a few minutes after I very easily slid up onto the lift. I had water to spare. Incredible!
Before, I could only get my 31' Pursuit on and off the lift at mid-tide levels or above. I had to time my departures and returns very carefully in order to be able to get on and off the lift. This was especially troublesome when I had our Grandkids with us. There had been many days when I wanted to use the boat but the "tide window" did not fit. [Before Picture]
